Search tonymac x86.com because insanelymac will not let me directly link.Put this file in your /Extra/ folder and reboot to fix. ![]() DSDT: You can install and run OSX without a DSDT, but it is unstable and has odd issues (sometimes boot without USB working, no sleep, etc).Read about it and download the file here: The patched BIOS will fix this permanently, meaning you wont even need a replacement. This is because as of 10.8 the NullCpuPowerManagment.kext is rendered useless, which means you cannot boot. You need to flash your mobo BIOS with the patched 2.20 version to be able to install and boot OSX 10.8.x. BIOS: As was with 10.8, 10.9 still requires an updated BIOS.After that a few kexts, DSDT, boot loader, and you're good to go: I simply followed the instructions here and was able to reach installer Vanilla style. Had separate 10.8.3 already working (see wiki page). Won't work out-of-box, but flawless once kext installed: Sometimes makes a pop sound when been silent for long duration: GPU: Nvidia GTS 250 1gb (Intel 3000 onboard works too).(After installing you can change back the USB 2.0 Support in the bios as this OS X supports it) Now boot from your new Installer USB/HDD.use as source and select/drag your USB/HDD to destination.open Disk Utility, select HDD/USB you want as the installer.(If your using a USB for this look up "hackintosh slow usb" first. (CPU) No-Execute Memory Protection Enabled. ![]()
